02/11/2011 - Has Bingiman Gone Dancehall ?

Rumours have it that Bingiman is moving away from his usual reggae sound and has crossed over to dancehall. Listening to his unreleased track on the Sexy Dance Riddim by J&G brings to surface a different side of this once only roots & culture artist.

We ask bingiman why he wrote the song 'sexy dance' which protrays woman in a flirtatious type of way.

I keep telling people that Bingiman is not a roots and culture artist but an artist who brings positivity to his music and this will never stop. The tune 'sexy dance' which I wrote and recorded with Blaze three years ago does not diss woman at all and i don't think i will get bad press from this tune Its basically a dance tune for the dancehall.

As an artist I have to keep things current and up to date. I have always done Dancehall but J&G have gave me a chance to do more. So yeah you will be hearing a lot more dancehall tracks but I will still be doing reggae plus pop, hiphop & RnB.
